Shipping Information

💌Domestic and International Shipping💌

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and shoe design.

Once an order form is filled out, you'll receive an order confirmation to submit payment via email.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email:

3-5 weeks for domestic shipping
3-8 weeks for international shipping, depending on location & design

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help.

Founded in Mt. Vernon, NY, CustomsByNico started as a hobby picked up at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. After seeing people paint their clothing and shoes on TikTok, I decided to try this out for myself. After some trial and error, I painted my first pair of Air Force Ones. Friends and family took notice of this new hobby and began asking for customs for themselves.
